CLIENTEARTH

Described by The New Statesman as one of the "ten people who could change the world", James Thornton leads this group of lawyer/activists in a radically different approach to the green movement. Working from the notion that its number one client is the Earth itself, this super high-powered legal charity brings together dedicated professionals to drive environmental justice. For LUMINOUS, James Thornton and members of Client Earth will join Brian Eno and senior Australian environmentalists for a lively discussion on the environment, the law and social change.

Very provocative discussion, with varied points of view. A great addition to an "arts' festival, and worth attending. Its great Brian Eno is prepared have a point of view in public that may be contrary to expectations.
